Platform showcase · 2026-07-25

Operate many sites with one governed content platform.

Give each organization its own content, permissions, design, and agent-assisted workflow while your team keeps one consistent operating model. Start with the operator manual, inspect the evidence-aware executive review, or explore the worked examples.

Evidence note · 2026-07-25: the current readiness authority is .agents/specs/uat-production-readiness-convergence/review.md. Historical Cloud SQL, certificate-pending, revision, and June screenshot claims in companion artifacts are predecessor evidence; current DB authority is Crunchy Bridge. This public page describes benefits and does not claim UAT sign-off or full production readiness.

The three core documents

All three share one visual system and the same honesty discipline, so you can move between them without losing the thread.

For operators

User Manual — English

Getting started, core operator flows (CMS dashboard, manifest-driven page builder, public sites), tenant lifecycle & DR admin, host preflight, and the end-to-end capability worked-examples.

Executive Review

A stakeholder-facing readiness narrative: what shipped, the evidence tier behind each claim, the gap analysis, and the bounded roadmap — with production-deployment status and explicit claim boundaries.

Showcase Generation Guide

The source-manifest and audience memo for maintaining this hub and the public showcase surface: benefit-led showcase copy, operator manual links, review evidence boundaries, and no hard-coded production domains.

The showcase tenant is the canonical exemplar

One codebase, many sites. The showcase tenant is the rich worked example the docs refer to — it exercises the full platform surface from real DB-driven data.

Live demo

Open the live showcase

From your deployment's public www host, open /site/showcase — the showcase home plus a /components gallery exercising all 11 page-builder components, a /tutoring demo with access-gated streaming + a responsible-AI consultant that hands off to a human, and a DB-driven donor PaymentForm. Adding an already-registered component to a page is a DB-data change — no rebuild.

Live destinations differ per deployment (hostnames are env-driven and are intentionally not hard-coded into this hub). The manual and review name the current production URLs.

The "Live Demos" gallery

The public web exposes a DB-driven /examples gallery that lists every active public site from the site registry and links to each — the "landing → see live demos → self-serve create a site" funnel. A "Create your own site" CTA links the CMS self-service signup.

Funnel surface shipped & live (platform-landing-funnel). Hrefs are env-resolved, never hard-coded.
What the platform does

Capability map

Condensed; each capability has a contract-grounded worked example in the manual's #capabilities section, with its own honest claim-cap and authority pointer.

  • 1 · Page builder — manifest-driven, DB-backed sections; add registered components with no rebuild.
  • 2 · AI content generation — server-side, per-site BYOK providers; no browser secrets.
  • 3 · Content management — types · draft/publish · submissions · RBAC.
  • 4 · MCP & agent-friendly SEO — /mcp, /.well-known/mcp.json, llms.txt, D2 RLS.
  • 5 · Agent skills — declarative, versioned skill/prompt templates (no code execution).
  • 6 · A2UI — agent-authored pages held to the same component-manifest contract.
  • 7 · Messaging intake & social flow — inbound posts from LINE / Telegram / WhatsApp (1..n bots per site, signature-verified, fail-closed) → AI convert tailored to the site + target-channel audience → review → publish; site-BYOK. Setup guided by the messaging-channel-intake-assistant skill (official-docs-backed).
  • 8 · Payments / donations / e-commerce — generic checkout, provider registry, BYOK, catalog, digital entitlements.
